How do I restore my files?

The best way to restore a file or folder is to use one of the download features. There are several ways to download a file/folder:

  • ElephantDesktop: On the "ElephantDesktop Manager", click on "Your Files" to open the "ElephantDesktop Explorer" window. The top window contains items in your Trunk and the bottom window contains your computer. In the top window, browse for the file/folder you want and than select "Download". Choose where you want to download the file/folder to and than select "Ok".

  • Explorer: Login to the website and click on the My Account tab. Click on Trunk Explorer. Browse your Trunk for the file/folder you want and select "Download". Choose where you want ot download the file/folder to and than select "Ok".

  • TrunkDrive: Simply copy and paste the file/folder you'd like to restore from your TrunkDrive mapping to the destination directory on your local drive.
