How and what kind of information should I send to ElephantDrive when I have a problem?
In order to help us help you with the problem you might experience while using our application, you can do one or both of the following steps:
1. Email our Support Department the following information:
- Description of the problem you are experiencing
- Steps you took that leads you to the problem you are experiencing
- Configuration of the computer you are trying to back up: Operating System (Windows XP, 2000, ME, 2003, etc), Memory size, CPU speed
2. use our Technical Support Form to report the problem you are experiencing.
